> SUBCONTRACTORS & OWNERS BEWARE!!! David Guttentag from Innovative Global Surfaces LLC does NOT pay his subcontractors. Our company did work for Mr. Guttentag and his business and he still has not paid us. He is a master manipulator who has perfected the art of payment stall tactics. When we finally agreed to a payment plan, Mr. Guttentag defaulted on the terms that he requested. Subcontractors collect your money up front and homeowners make sure you receive Final Releases of Liens for any subcontractors used on your project.
