Luckily one of our recommended choices proved to be a truly professional team. Once we selected Apex for our bathroom makeover, Paul was punctual for every meeting and listened to our ideas for the changes we envisioned. He presented all his suggestions with their respective costs clearly and his team, led by Jorge, was very careful to install protective barriers against the dust resulting from demolition once the work started. Paul was very helpful navigating the plan approval process with NYC. Additionally, our building’s stringent standards required much more time and effort to achieve compliance, which Paul handled masterfully. During construction Paul stayed in touch via phone, text and email. The team performed very high-quality carpentry and tile work. When one of our options for a particular fixture became unavailable, Paul and his team quickly sourced a similar one.
