From working through minor modifications as we approached close-out through small support asks since we’ve moved in, Erik has been attentive and effective.  The home itself comes with a great deal of foresight for routing services and future development, expansion, or internal modifications to the property.  Erik’s been wildly patient with the immense amounts of silly questions I’ve heaped on him and very responsive and thorough when support’s been requested.  Me and my wife couldn’t be happier with the house and the people that built it.

> We are so happy we worked with Jennifer and Erik on our new home. From the start, it was clear they were not like other other builders.  It seemed like Erik laid his eyes on everything (I remember him working on the roof or installing particularly difficult windows himself). Jennifer was so thoughtful in her approach as well. After the house was framed, she came to us with a few changes in the plans she thought of after walking the house. Clearly she had been considering how we would actually live in the house as the construction went forward.  Whether it was our realtor who commented on how unusually collaborative Erik and Jennifer were or our inspector commenting on how well the house was made, we knew we were in good hands.  They built us a beautiful home, and we are lucky to have worked with them.

> Our job was a small, 400 sqft, auxiliary structure, sort of a mini house. We had plans drawn up, but were able to work with Erik to both change them, to change a room to a bathroom, and Erik was good at asking very specific questions to make the overall experience smooth.
> Once we had the permits out of the way, the build was entirely done in 6 weeks, on schedule. Erik was really good with the contractors, and there were no long delays of no work getting done. He even stuck it out with us to get the porta-potty removed after work was complete, when it would have been easy to drop the issue out of frustration.
