> We purchased a condo in a historic building that was once a flour mill, located in downtown Minneapolis overlooking the Mississippi River. This was the quintessential "diamond in the rough." It had been on and off the market for a while for a variety of reasons. The developers looovvvved cherry wood. It was everywhere and clashed with the yellow brick (peach and orange tones) that are prominent in the Upper Midwest. The building also had many HOA, historic, and regulatory challenges to overcome. And, oh yea, we were in the middle of COVID when the supply chain and workforce shortages were raw.

A: It was Brasilia Azul (colorway in photo); looks like the other colorway (Ocre) is now unavailable as well.

**Q: what is price of wallpaper.** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Unfortunately, the red colorway has been discontinued, but it is still available in both a blue porcelain and a cocoa color for $50/yard plus shipping.

A: Hello!  The faucet & shower fixtures are from the Delta Cassidy line.  The toilet is the Fitzgerald from DXV.  The tub is the Andrea 17 from MTI.  The sink is from Barclay. Can you tell me what tile you used on the floor?  We are building a new home and have a similar tub. our colors are white and gray so this tile looks perfect. Thanks!!

A: Hi!  Glad you like it!  The tile is 12O112 Snow White Matte Octagon w/ Grey.  It was purchased from TilexDesign in Plymouth, MN.

are cabinets custom?

A: Yes, they are!  Inset drawer fronts and chrome cabinet pulls with a decorative toe kick valance, topped with a 2cm quartz countertop and finished in Ilva paint.
