> I've worked with Summit as a supplier for many years.  Both Gregg and Andrew are amazing people who not only build superior custom homes but also have tremendous integrity.  As a window supplier, it's rare for me to recommend a builder.  With that being said, if I were building a home in the north bay, Summit Professional Builders would be on a very short list of builders I would select.

  - Description: Adding a loft bedroom above the garage, among other improvements, Summit created a contemporary feeling in this 5-bedroom, 4½-bath Craftsman home, completed in November, 2014.

  - Description: This narrow yet deep lot came with strict design-review guidelines that permitted only single-story construction for this ground-up project. Architect Holder Design met the challenge by placing the four bedrooms at the front but bypassing them with a formal glass-bridge entryway and organizing the house into two gable-roofed “pavilions”—one public, the other private. The adjacent living space and kitchen are open and light with large trusses and doors leading out to three different deck areas.
