They asked for pictures to confirm the damage and I complied the same day. I spent $1300 on the kit and they are fighting me over a $20 piece of wood. As a combat veteran, I know there are more important things n this country worth fighting for.. Do you or my installer provide the plumbing fixture?

A: Installer - there are good places like signature hardware

Does the kit come with everything needed to assemble the outdoor shower? Does it mount to the wall of the house? What else would I need to install it?

A: Yes! All of our outdoor shower kits come with the necessary hardware to install it. You just need a screw gun. This model does mount to the house, but we do offer free standing models on our website

**Q: 4 wall option available?** *(in Product Questions)*

One of the pictures seems to show this product with a free-standing configuration having walls on all four sides.  The others appear to show walls on 3-sides intended to be mounted against a wall.  Do you have a 4-side option in the lattice or standard option, and if so how do I buy that?
