Two online companies offered the dresser at the same price, lower than I'd seen anywhere else. But Posh Tots offered free shipping, so I went with them. However, they never sent the dresser, they WOULD NOT REFUND ME either! They tried to delay me so I would run out of time before opening a credit card dispute. They even swnt an email saying they were going out if business, but they still are open to this day, and the same owner/CEO then is the same as now. They tried to prevent my refund, kept saying they were in touch with the manufacturer and the dresser was on its way. It wasn't. But their lies didn't work. I got a refund through a CREDIT CARD DISPUTE! Unfortunately, the dresser I ordered was discontinued 2 months after I placed my order so it took me 2 YEARS to find it new elsewhere!!! Wish I would have gone with a reliable company at the time of purchase instead of Posh Tots. They would have placed the order before the manufacturers deadline, which was a month after I ordered. It would have saved me a lot of trouble. Used to be a great company when the mom was in charge, now the daughter has it and it's a HORRIBLE company!!! **★ — tttran421, July 2013** > I have purchased a diaper bag from poshtots.com on 6/14/13 for $143.50. When the bag arrived it was damaged, thread was coming out of the corners, there's a big snag on the fabric on the back of the bag by the straps. However, I love the bag so much that despite the damage I did not intend to return it and also it would be too much hassle to mail it back and get replacement. However after only 2 times using the bag, the velcro closure is just too loud and always wakes my son up. The description of the bag online fails to state it was velcro closure or I wouldnt have bought it. I called about wanting to return the bag because I cannot use a bag that keeps waking up my son. I emailed her explaining about the snags and the dethreading of the bag and even attached the pictures to her. She told me no problem that just send the bag back and I should get my money back. I spent $23 on shipping the bag back which I thought was ridiculous since the bag arrived damage so most reputable company would issue prepaid postage but I wanted to return it already so I went ahead and paid to ship it back. The bag was shipped back on 7/10/13 and I got an email 7/17/13 stating how she is not able to refund me my money because the bag has been used and is no longer in sellable condition. If I had not used the bag how would I know it is too loud and wake up my son? She even said the dethreading was normal wear and tear. This is a high quality, expensive diaper bag, normal wear and tear doesnt happen after just 2 days. I asked to call me but she refused. After I informed her I would file complaint with BBB and dispute the charge with my credit card, she's compromised to refund me my money minus 25% restocking fee( $35.88). So Im losing $58.88 (25% + shipping cost) which is 41% of the bag when Im not at all at fault. THey are punishing customers for their own mistakes, these people are selling damaged goods and when you try to return them they charge you 25% restocking fee+shipping charges. If you ever want to return anything, they will give you all the excuses in the world to not give you a full refund > > All I want is my money back the full amount I paid $143.50, it would be nice if I was reimbursed the shipping cost of $23 since the good was damaged and that's something all companies do EXCEPT POSHTOTS.com. This company sell high end furnitures at ridiculous prices yet their customer service is disgusting terrible I'm surprised they're still in business.
