> With the help of George Covin from the House of George, our condo went from a completely empty shell to an extremely livable space that is relaxing, inviting, and warm. George handled everything for us from furniture/built-in cabinets to artwork to bedding and accessories...even procuring and hanging our big screen TV… basically everything.

Talking on the phone a few times George listened to our requirements and he shared his design ideas. We then left the country for 3 months putting George in charge of everything. When we saw our condo in May we found it warm and inviting, as requested, but also visually stunning in its design, decor, and color. It was all and more than we had hoped for. To meet our requirements, and to keep our costs in budget, George used 34 different vendors. He took a difficult layout, changed it, and made it fit our requirements. George was also able to make our condo look and function much larger than it is. George has a great eye for color and decor and an uncanny ability to visualize and arrange a room to show it at its best. George is a very pleasant person to work with and he has given us the condo of our dreams.

**Q: Gorgeous home! could you tell me the front door paint color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Getting ready to paint our house dark grey. Would love to know the color of the front door. Great punch of color!

A: The Front Door is Chartreuse from Benjamin Moore.  Good luck with your project!

**Q: Love the striped chair....where is it from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you for your interest, the chair is the New American swivel glider chair from Bassett Furniture.  It's very comfortable and I love that is not only swivels, but is a glider (rocker) chair also.   I specified blue pinstripe fabric with blue velvet welting.  The blue velvet fabric is no longer available but I'm sure there are other options that will provide for a similar look. Color paints are used on the interior?

A: The lighter green is Benjamin Moore, Classic Colors \#493, Harbour Town.  The darker green in the kitchen is Benjamin Moore, Classic Colors \#495, Hillside Green.

A: The desk is and associated pieces (corner unit, hutch, file cabinet, etc.) are from Bassett.

**Q: Fun Room, where did you purchase the trundle bed?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The desk was also from PB Teen.  This room was completed years ago so not sure it is still a current product.

**Q: Beautiful! Where did you purchase the dining table and chairs?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you, the dining set was purchased from Bernhardt.  Bernhardt does not have retail locations so it would need to be purchased through a local dealer that carries Bernhardt.
