**★★★★★ — Suzanne Mitchell, Feb. 2016**

> Designing and building a project is a complicated process but Mark Dziewulski was patient and attentive and made the whole project run smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend him to anyone without any reservation.

**Comment from Mark Dziewulski Architect:**

> Thank you so much!
> It was a pleasure working with you!

**★★★★★ — robintimber, April 2013**

> Mark Dziewulski has been working for me for 10 years on a difficult and complicated project in Islington, North London, UK. He has been very patient and dedicated in resolving the problems arising from planning, neighbourhood liaison, regulatory compliance and the commercial aspects of the development of 10 apartments and two offices on a brownfield site in a Conservation Area.
>
> The project is due to go on site October 2013 with Mark designing all aspect of the new building with his team in San Fransisco and Robert Albanes running his office in London; managing apartment layouts, and the requirements of the rest of the professional team.
>
> The building will be finished in 2015, by when there will no doubt be more additions to this review.

**★★★★★ — golwul, April 2013**

> Mark Dziewulski is a talented architect, with fresh ideas, impeccable taste, and integrity. I hired him for a residential project and was delighted to be treated as a partner, with all my thoughts and suggestions carefully considered and implemented when I was right on target. At the same time, Mark is not shy to criticize ideas that he thinks inappropriate for the project. The bottom line is, I am pleased with the result – the project was delivered on time, under budget, and, most importantly, better than I have ever imagined it. Thank you, Mark.

  - Location: Not specified
  - Photos: 17
  - Description: Inside Outside House The house responds to its natural context and in particular takes advantage of a ridge, a striking feature due to its rarity in this generally flat valley area. The street façade is closed and more private, while the entry driveway climbs up the slope and passes through a gated wall into a formal entry courtyard. The main rooms circle and shelter a large terrace, perched at the top of the slope and overlooking the naturally landscaped site. Sliding windows and screens allow…

  - Location: Sacramento, CA

  - Description: House overlooking the American River The house is a combination of flexible living space, art studio and gallery. It provides a tranquil and sheltered environment from which to enjoy a rich natural landscape. The relationship between the natural environment and the house is central to the design. The sculptural form curves to take advantage of spectacular river views. Uninterrupted glass walls open the room up to the landscape and the boundaries between exterior and interior are blurred. The occ…

  - Description: This urban residential project is located on a very attractive garden square. Planning approval has been granted and construction will begin shortly. The existing square is a mixture of different building types, scales and styles. Each period has provided its own example of -- what was considered at the time -- contemporary architecture. This design is intended to provide a well-mannered and proud example of what our era can contribute to the rich architectural heritage of the area. The site is…

  - Description: WAVE HOUSE Malibu Beach, California 3,200 sq.ft. (2,900 m²) Weekend house built over the waves and sand of Malibu Beach The form of the house takes its inspiration from its context: the beach and waves. It is literally cantilevered over the surf, which passes beneath it at high tide. It has an exceptional location as it positioned at the end of a long open stretch of beach and has views on three sides. Being the end house also makes it highly visible to the 50,000 cars that pass each day along t…

(3,700 m²) The center creates a recognizable urban environment, with a level of detail and complexity that provides a pedestrian scale for the area. It is the beginning of a new neighborhood. The modern dynamic forms of the buildings reflect their role as an urban transit hub and also something of their ancestry in the industrial area. The designs are intended to be dynamic and eye-catching, to create a recognizable…
