I very went round trying to get the thing linked to connect unit and never once I. A year's time has it ever worked for me. I'm a home builder/remodeler/ business owner so not just a desk jockey first time I installed a lock person. In my opinion this was a very expensive waste of my hard earned money. Their website is obfuscatory and provides no way to contact them. Calling their support number yields 90 minute music on hold most times of the day. > > I have four ZWAVE-enabled locks from them and a ZWAVE internet bridge PLUS I pay a montly service fee. The locks have all stopped working and despite all the make-work debugging (including hard resetting the locks and the bridge which also wiped out my ability to talk to my other HA stuff like the thermostats). Finally it got escalated to someone who admitted (as is known by others with the same problem on the net) that offered to replace the locks if I sent photos of the locks and their serial number stickers.
