The first time Donna came to our house to discuss our project, we immediately knew that she was someone with whom we could work. Our project was fairly large, including a custom entertainment center, new furniture, ceiling fans, painting, window treatments, bedding, artwork and other accessories. Donna is an excellent decorator, but she did not push her selections on us. In general, however, we found that her selections were right on target with our tastes. She used 3-D rendering software so that we could get a clear picture of the layout of the rooms before making our final choices. For items that were available from local retailers, including a new pool table and bar set, Donna spent time with us in the stores. An experienced decorator like Donna provides more than help making selections however. She worked with vendors on custom items, ordered and stored items, and coordinated delivery and installation, even when we couldn’t be at home. If there was an issue with a vendor, Donna quickly intervened on our behalf to make things right. At all times, Donna was friendly, patient, and accessible.
