> We retained Nick Dillard Construction to design and build a new home on property that we had. From the start, we knew we had made the right choice. My husband and I had no idea what we needed to do, and Nick walked us through each step of the process. He listened to what we wanted and brought in quality subcontractors for each phase of the build. He helped me define the style I wanted for our home and could always find the perfect fixture. We heard so many nightmares about how stressful it was to build a house, but we did not experience any of that. Nick always responded when we had questions and kept us informed as to what was being done. We absolutely love our new home and highly recommend Nick Dillard Construction.
