> We had our kitchen and bathrooms remodeled by Arizona Designs and working with Dani Lam (designer) and Gary Kelch (project manager) was a dream. Dani was a perfect fit for us. Not only did she listen to what we said but she was also exceptional at observing and taking note of what things were important to us such as ease of cleaning as she designed our new kitchen and bathrooms. And every time we had an issue or wanted to add something that we hadn't initially discussed as part of the design, Dani and Gary were more than accommodating and never, ever made us feel like we were inconveniencing or bothering them. We are so happy with our new space and we can't thank Arizona Designs enough!

> I would not hire this company! terrible experience with this company, horrible work, do not take responsibility for issues. Be aware!

**Comment from Arizona Designs Kitchens and Baths:**

> We are sorry you had such a negative experience with Arizona Designs. We pride ourselves in delivering what we agree to with our clients. We have been in business for over 30 years because we do take care of the needs of the homeowners we work with. Please reach out to the owners of Arizona Designs to resolve any issues you have that have not been resolved and we will work with you on a satisfactory solution.

**★★★★★ — Arizona Wholesale, July 2016**

> Our experience with Sandra Nance from Arizona Designs Kitchens and Baths has been wonderful. Sandra is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Arizona Designs provided some of our cabinet displays in our showroom. We have also collaborated with them on other projects. It is always a pleasure to work with Arizona Designs.

**★★★★★ — Within Studio LLC, Jan. 2016**

> AZ Designs has always been a pleasure to work with. They have a wonderful showroom. I would highly recommend working with them.

**★★★★★ — ahlberg44, April 2015**

> Arizona Designs remodeled our master bedroom bath. They removed a tub, installed new cabinets and sinks, and remodeled the shower including decorative tile and plumbing. In addition, they removed the existing tub and added a new tub with tile surrounding it in our guest bath. 14 years ago they designed and installed a new kitchen, bath and laundry room in a house we built and some years later helped us to slightly remodel the kitchen. The principals at the firm are delightful to work with and have interesting, challenging suggestions, which we like. The workers are reliable, honest and attentive to detail. Arizona Designs is so trustworthy that we were not even in town while the work was being done.

**★★★★ — slmaly, March 2015**

> I loved all the subcontractors that worked for this company. However, some of the people that worked for Arizona Designs were less than professional. Two of their workers were installing my cabinets and got into an argument and the one guy walked out and never did return. I call this unprofessional. There were sometimes a lack of communication on the Design Company's part with me. Like times when workers would be there. I love my kitchen and it looks great.

**★★★★★ — lynnelknight, Sept. 2014**

> Our designer for our new kitchen was Sandra Nance. She was amazing. I did not have enough cabinets so we needed to totally change the configuration of the kitchen. She listened to what we wanted and provided storage cabinets that work beautifully. We have used the kitchen for several weeks now and I can't think of anything I would change. The quality of the cabinets are like high-end furniture and they were installed with the precision one would expect from an expensive cabinet maker. Everyone was pleasant to work with and very responsive. I had another bid and Arizona Designs was lower by several thousand dollars.

**★★★★★ — nannasser, July 2014**

> Upgraded bathroom. Materials were excellent, workmen timely, conscientious and clean. Patient with us; I had a medical emergency and needed a change in dates. Completed as scheduled. Cost as quoted. I would recommend them to anyone. This was our third upgrade, and the best of them all.

**★★★★★ — Kim DeMott, July 2013**

> I called Arizona Designs Kitchen and Baths and asked to speak with Janice O'Brien, whom I saw mentioned in the Tucson Lifestyles Magazine. I was immediately put through to her.
> I told her how I found her name and was so impressed with her design on a small kitchen and laundry area. We set up our appointment for the near future. Wen she showed up, it was like I knew her forever, so personable and intuitive to our outdated kitchen issues.
> She made some super smart space use ideas, ie, moving a doorway, integrating other space, moving appliances. She took her pictures and measurements and was to make a conceptual plan. But unfortunately, we have since decided to sell our current one and bought another home. Janice was very understanding about our decision. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone asking for a kitchen/bath design architecture work.

**★★★★★ — Fractured Earth Tile & Stone, Jan. 2013**

> We have worked with Az Designs Kitchens and Baths for a number of years and have worked with Carlie and Dara in particular. Carlie has excellent design skills and is always willing to think outside of the box to help her clients acheive their dream kitchen or bath. They are all so pleasant to work with and are always very professional..Great quality and customer service!

**Comment from Arizona Designs Kitchens and Baths:**

> Thank you for your wonderful review - all of us at Arizona Designs enjoy our relationship with you and your staff and look forward to a great 2013.

**★★★★★ — lindabiddle, Sept. 2012**

> After researching and interviewing several (5) kitchen and bath designers, I discovered Carlie Korinek of Arizona Designs Kitchens and Baths. I contemplated a major kitchen remodel which would involve the removal of load bearing walls, reconfiguring a pantry and other things that I could see in my mind but just couldn't explain or put down on paper. Enter Carlie with her quiet professionalism, ability to take my rather disjointed ideas and put them down on paper and her assurances that what I wanted to do was not only possible but within my budget! Carlie's design was just what I had envisioned, more than doubling the space and greatly improving the usefulness of the space, but still maintaining the traditional feel of our home.

> She is a real asset to the industry.

## Community Q&A

**Q: length of vanity** *(in Photo Questions)*

I was wondering what the length of the vanity and the size of sinks in the double sink bathrooms

A: The vanity is 9' (108"). The sink bases are 36" and the two banks of drawers are 18" each.
We don't have a record of the sink size but it looks like they are approx. 18" x 12" oval. We have used oval vanity sinks on many projects and are now seeing a trend toward the rectangular vanity sinks w/ the curved bottoms. It is nice to have so many choices - enjoy your project!

**Q: Can you please tell me who makes the butcher block island top?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Great job!

A: When this project was completed, we were using primarily Spekva butcherblock countertops. They offer great quality and a variety of wood species and finishes. Spekva tops are manufactured in Denmark. We now carry a line of butcherblock tops made in the U.S. from Cafe Countertops that are also very good.

**Q: We have a 3’x5’ single hung is this an issue?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Will I have to worry about the window leaking on back wall or should I install a smaller window?

A: You will need to make sure your window is rated for a wet environment. Not all windows will function well in the shower. Your pics window supplier can pint you in the right direction there. Also, as was already said, proper installation is key. It is nice to have the light of a larger window. Something else to confer, if you are using the shower a night, even textured or frosted glass will allow those from the outside to see shadows and silhouettes.

**Q: very beautiful bathroom!** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the wall color?

A: Dunn Edwards Bisque Tan - thank you for asking!

**Q: Where can I purchase this 3-door mirror w/shelves?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love this idea

A: Kohler makes a verity nice 3 pane mirror w/ integrated medicine cabinets (Kohler K-99011-NA). You will need to locate your local Kohler dealer or go to their website to order. Depending on the width you need some of the big box home improvement stores carry some options but they are limited in size and also appearance. Good luck w/ your search and on your project!

**Q: backsplash details** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you let me know where this backsplash is from?

A: Field tile.
