I've taken your advice to heart about automating the change process and I must've read your mind 6 month ago.    All of our customers this year will be part of our new online change order management system where they can request changes, approve change orders, check invoices, and see job status!   The custom software package was over 1 year in the making, and we are rolling it out now.    Just to tempt you to build another house with us, I'll be sending you a user name and password to log in (maybe you can try in on that pool/hottub we are doing for you!)  thanks again for the feedback...and sorry you missed our new automated change order system!  You guys were great.

The house (at the time) was built with uncommon innovations, and the staff worked closely and extensively with us to provide a truly custom home that was exactly what WE wanted.  The basement project was extensive, including a wine cellar, work out room, home theatre, large bar, and bedroom that basically blows everybody away when they first see it.  Their expertise, artistic design, and craftsmanship is unprecedented!

> Monogram did a great job building our custom home.  The subcontractors utilized were top-notch, right down to the team of Amish framers who truly used 'old-school' construction skills to ensure high-quality results.  The local township insisted on a last-minute laundry list of nearly 50 punchlist items to be resolved prior to allowing us to move-in... Monogram was able to handle every item within a 24 hour period to ensure that we could move-in on time.  Our home withstood Sandy without one creak or crack. Monogram has been timely in its follow-up of items on our post-move-in punchlist.  One example would be last week when a water pipe froze due to the extreme cold.  Monogram was at my house within 2 hours of my call, solved the problem quickly and at no cost to me.  Their customer service goes well beyond handing you the keys to your new home.  They treat you as a friend and neighbor, and understand that a lasting relationship is a win-win situation for both the customer and themselves.

**Q: What is the paint color of the walls and the trim?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The trim is white.  The walls are a custom color mixed locally.  It doesn't really have a name, but it is close to "Tuscany Tan" which is an old sherwin williams name

**Q: What is the pool finished? Is it Pebble Tech?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: this was finished about 2 years ago.  it is diamond brite super blue quartz.

**Q: What kind of bottom is this is it possible pebble tech? What color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: this is a custom color we had made for us.   it is a dark gray pebble type finish with larger blue accent stones added.   are you in the PA area?

Is this finish a pebble sheen product?  If so what is the color.  Thank you very much.

A: this is a custom color we call "monogram blue"  is an exposed aggregate pebble type finish, but we add blue accent stones to it.   Our supplier blends it just for Monogram Custom Pools.

A: this is a custom made edge form that we use on all of our stamped concrete.
