> Worst service I have ever received from what was supposed to be a special order shower to be delivered in 28 days has turned out to be 2 months and now no one will call me back.  I paid up front and paid for delivery.  They certainly did not have a problem taking my money but taking my request for the product is impossible.  My plumber is going to have to take another job cause he cannot keep putting off other clients to wait around for me to get something that obviously does not exist.  Now he will be on that job for quite some time and I will have to wait AGAIN!!!

A: Approximately 9' long x 39" width.

A: The countertops are Cambria Yorkshire ---  In person, they are even more beautiful.  Highly recommend.

**Q: converting bath tub to shower** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I have a standard size bath tub in my master bath. I'm converting to a walk in shower. Can I do this with out having a full shower door? I'm concerned the water will splash out into the bathroom. So I think I need a full sliding door. Do I?

A: You will love the walk in shower.  Have your contractor check the dimensions, just to make sure that you aren't able to have the shower, with no door.  If that is not an option, a BASCO glass shower door swings easily and has a sleek, clean look.

**Q: Desperately need advice for getting started!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

My hubby and I are just beginning the process of completely remodeling our old Ohio farmhouse. I'm not ashamed to say that I have NO idea where to start. A big source of frustration is that in my mind, we make one call to the guy that's doing the bulk of the work, he comes in and tells us options that could work with the current layout of the house. Maybe I've watched too many remodeling shows...my husband tells me I need to have everything picked out and layed out before we even get started. What I envisioned to be a fun undertaking is beginning to be so stressful. I just need help and any advice as far as who we need to call and get lined up for what job, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance. :)

A: If the house is livable, I would start with that.  You can make a list of what must be done because you can't live with it, what you would like to do and that "Bucket List" ---  Not sure of your budget, but definitely use Houzz and visit a Kitchen and Bath Showroom in your area.  They can be so helpful to get you on the road.  I do luv the house and the outdoor space will be great for entertaining.
