> Great company to work with. He has a gallery here showing his staircase remodeling skills using the products purchased from our store. If you are looking for a skilled installer to remodel your stairs, Sean is the man.

> 2 STORY FAMILY ROOM COFFERED CEILING
> After a contractor search we retained Desean for a 2 story coffered ceiling project. Having knowledge of carpentry I knew this was no easy project. After agreeing on a proposal I found him to be FAIR AND HONEST in business. He was very understanding of our vision while providing design knowledge and kept the project within budget. He was always on time and professional throughout the project. His ability to be flexible, patient during design changes while providing input made this a pleasant experience. He worked hard and delivered a beautiful coffered ceiling that we are very pleased with. His knowledge, craftsmanship, understanding of budget and great attitude makes him our first and only choice for any future projects. Oh and did I mention FAIR AND HONEST. Thank You very much Desean for a job very well done.

> This is from a perfectionist man who is very skeptical letting another man do work in his home...
>
> Desean is the Deman! He truly doesn't miss or overlook the small things that take the level from acceptable to excellence!
>
> What do I mean about "small" thing?
>
> 1\. He doesn't leave a mess with tools everywhere while he's working or leaves one when he has to come back to your house.
> 2\. If you have an eagles eye for molding to be leveled, save yourself some time getting your level out. The air bubble is centered evenly!
> 3\. Don't worry about your next painting project, he takes off the light plates and or accessories that some think its ok to paint around.
> 4\. Caulking your crown molding won't ever look better compared to those fast contractors that like to rush a job having excess silicone on your rug and ceiling.
> 5\. Let's not forget that he actually fills the nail holes before he paints!
> 6\. If you have an idea planned out, tell Desean he will enhance your idea to make it different, unique and fun.
> 7\. He's systematic working with projects. He doesn't have five projects unfinished at your house at one time.
> 8\. He's totally fair with his pricing and flexible to work with you.
> 9\. He drilled pilot holes installing our child safety locks for our kitchen cabinets. Some contractor's would just drill the screw and split your cabinet doors.
> 10\. We needed a sink drain and he was there in minute's.

He was very professional, always on time, and very attentive of what I wanted in terms of the vision I have for my decorative style based on the style of my home. He research online things that I requested and I ended up with a awesome cornice board for both my living and dining rooms . He also added crown moulding throughout my entire house and it was beatuiful.. Again I am very pleasure with his work and would certainly recommend him to others.

> Sean's Interior & Exterior LLC provided professional service for my house project in a timely manner. The contractor was friendly and knowlegeable of what I wanted done. I got an estimate in writing that was reasonable for the work requested. He offered some good suggestions.
>
> I highly recommend Sean's Interior & Exterior LLC for house projects.

**★★★★★ — taylortt2, Jan. 2013**

> DeSean did an awesome job on my kitchen renovation. As part of the renovation, he installed more cabinets, modify the island knee wall to make the island all one level, removed laminate and installed granite, and built a pantry with sliding glass pocket doors. The renovation completely opened our new kitchen and made it look huge! We also really love the pantry!
>
> DeSean was also very responsive to all of our emails/calls. When we needed him to look at something, it was generally within the same day or at the latest the next day. He was able to meet our deadlines and stayed within budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

**★★★★★ — nancycx2008, Jan. 2013**

> We enjoy working with DeSean very much. He is very creative and has great design ideas. We have a very small laundry room also served as hall way between garage and my house that I want to renovate to add more space for storage. He came up with a great idea to stack the washer and dryer so we got 4 full size cabinets with a laundry sink on top of the counter top... He also find a good price granite so we even get a better make up on the laundry. He is very detail when come to design. He put on a hanging rub under the cabinet as well as the cabinet lights with dimmer... wow, the laundry room is the best in my house now... We really love it... His price is very reasonable tooand we will definitely hire him for more work in the future.

## Community Q&A

**Q: sq. footage for small bathroom?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

How much square footage is needed for a small bathroom -sink, stand-up shower, toilet and if I could stackable washer/dryer. I am renovating an attic.

A: I've seen 6 X 6.

**Q: Need to update!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Thoughts on how to make this more modern for Flat screen

A: I have done lots of projects like this. I frame the opening in with 2 X 4's or 2 X 2, wire all the electrical and HDMI hook ups, drywall and finish. It's easy and looks great. I think I posted a couple of that type of project on my page step by step. If not, I can because I have the pictures.

**Q: Hanging a diningroom light fixture** *(in Design Dilemma)*

What is the best height to hang a chandelier above my diningroom table?

A: If your table is 3 feet high, I would say 4 feet higher. So that's 7 foot from the floor.

**Q: Need help with basement ceiling** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Building a new home but will not be finishing the basement ceiling with tile or sheet rock. What is the design difference between painting the exposed ceiling white or black?

A: Have you thought about the lose of energy without having that ceiling insulated? If it's not a concern then black gives is a nice look. Grey or white feels more industral to me.
