**★★★★★ — Tyler Walthers, Aug. 2017**

> Eric Fowler, owner of Northwest Heritage Renovations, does high quality work, and he and his subs are people you don't mind having around the house! Everyone is polite, hardworking, good at what they do, and we are extremely happy with the finished product. The scope of our project involved a two-level addition on the back side of a daylight ranch to enlarge and update the master bedroom and bath (including addition of a covered deck) . A guest bedroom and bath immediately below the master on the daylight level were similarly improved, and the remainder of the basement was updated. We have hired them back to remodel another full bathroom on
> the main floor. Whether it's a total renovation (which we've seen), or new kitchens, baths, additions, etc. this is top of the line workmanship. For large remodels or additions, Eric works with an architect who is equally outstanding. He has put together a team of top professionals, which can be hard to find in this business!

**★★★★★ — Michael Patterson, July 2017**

> Conscientious and focused on the customer. We always felt heard and NHR was very responsive to our questions and needs. We truly enjoyed working with Eric ad his crews who outwardly enjoyed giving their best to their trades. We are very happy with the quality of work and will recommend and refer NHR,

**★★★★★ — East Portland Sash, Feb. 2017**

> Eric of Northwest Heritage Renovations is in the 99% percentile of builders. As a colleague of theirs I can't recommend the quality of work, professionalism, and communication enough!

**★★★★★ — Elizabeth Meyer, March 2015**

> We contracted with Eric for an 8 week kitchen remodel, then ended up expanding scope so much (our choice) that we did a "down to the studs" remodel.
> The quality of workmanship from Eric's team is amazing. The thoughtfulness and professionalism is unlike any other contractor I've ever worked with.
> I can't recommend Eric and his team highly enough.

**★★★★★ — Fraley and Company, Jan. 2015**

> Our design firm recently collaborated with Eric on a complex whole house remodel with very tight deadlines. Eric did a masterful job of coordinating with us and the homeowner, making sure our design was executed properly.
> His communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail are the keys to a successful project. We recommend Northwest Heritage Renovations to anyone the is considering a remodel or new construction, and we're looking forward to completing many more beautiful, successful projects.

**★★★★ — Chambers Interior Design, March 2013**

> I was lucky enough to work on a full house remodel with Eric Fowler, the owner of NW Heritage Renovations, in the summer of 2012.
>
> I am an interior designer and have worked with many contractors over the years, and Eric was a great partner in this project. He was very innovative on his own but also, open to new and creative ideas. He understood how the house fit the neighborhood and made sure the era of the home was respected.
>
> He was able to restore an old run down house into a beautiful new home while also meeting the projected timeline and budget.
>
> I definitely recommend him and hope to work with him again.

**★★★★★ — barlow20, March 2013**

> I have had the pleasure of working with Northwest Heritage Renovations on several of their projects. They understand the importance of design, details, materials, and true craftsmanship. Their level of execution is at the very top of the market. You will not find another builder who is more personally dedicated to every project, at every step.

**★★★★★ — eoberste, March 2013**

> I have painted a few projects for this company and these guys realy care about the quality of their work and making sure the customer gets exactly what they want. The crew is very detail oriented and leave nothing to be overlooked. Eric Fowler is easy to work with and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone has what they need. I hope to see their quality and craftsmenship on all of my jobs in the future. I would recomend them to anyone wanting a hassle free job.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Hello would you happen to know where the chandelier was purchased?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Chandelier was purchased at Pottery Barn

**Q: What color is on the back wall?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This is Divine "Roast". A great color for dining rooms or formal living spaces

**Q: Mirrors** *(in Photo Questions)*

The mirrors are beautiful where can I buy them?

A: These were the Kensington Rectangular Pivot Mirror from Pottery Barn. Both Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware have a pretty wide range of mirrors of this style. We've used both. They are excellent quality but I highly suggest significant blocking for a successful install. They are heavy and the drywall anchors provided with the install kit are not really adequate. Then of course...... we always suggest avoiding drywall anchors whenever possible in any application.

**Q: Love the vanity - where can I purchase it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Vanity was custom made. The color is Miller Divine piping. I believe Miller no longer has the "Divine" color line but it can be color matched.

**Q: love the wall color** *(in Photo Questions)*

What color is it?

A: I believe the final color we chose for the walls was Benjamin Moore Raindance 1572. Hope this helps!
