> Andrew and his team did a fabulous job of remodeling an early 1980's condo kitchen into an inviting, spacious - feeling (even in a small condo!) open space. He gave me a possible date for the work 6 months ahead and that was exactly when the work began. He said it would take about 2 weeks....again an accurate estimate.  A list of suppliers was provided for counter tops,  sinks and faucets, lighting and cabinet hardware. These were all exceptionally helpful and easy to work with because of Andrew's excellent reputation with them. Andrew communicated regularly on the progress of the work. Andrew and his team made what could have been a nightmare into a fun experience. His cost estimate was also accurate and communicated several times during the project, as higher or lower priced items were chosen. I truly recommend highly ABW Construction.

> We hired ABW Construction to correct another contractor's construction defects (Sept. - Dec. 2019).   The defects were significant and included major structural damage such as an improperly supported/sinking wall, girders that were shifting beneath a finished floor (improper fastening), an improperly constructed/sealed exterior wall that was leaking water/moisture, and other various building components that had failed inspection.

> It was difficult to find a contractor willing to step into these defects or to take on the various challenges involved in our repairs.  We were overwhelmed (emotionally and financially), but Andrew (owner) was very patient and understanding.  He gave us confidence to move forward and walked alongside us until everything was completed.  He was very responsive to our communications and always showed up as scheduled.

> Since our damages involved an insurance and bond claim against the previous contractor, we needed detailed documentation with photos.  This was time consuming, but Andrew provided all that we needed (plus a report from a structural engineer).
