Continually asking for more money and never meet any dates they commit to. Had to spend significant money to fix so many mistakes that they made. **★ — HU-586805963, Aug. 2021** > We had a bad experience with Atreum. They are not licensed and did not perform our renovation up to code. We’re having to pay to have this corrected. Also, their finish work was very sloppy and looks worse than what it did beforehand. They painted directly onto drywall, got drywall mud and paint all over our light fixtures and curtain rods, and didn’t take responsibility for the mess they left when we confronted them. In addition, it took them forever to get the job completed. They repeatedly said they would come to do work and nobody would should up and they wouldn’t answer our phone calls. We had to constantly remind them to fix spots that they missed and we found it very frustrating. It seemed like they would “forget” and just leave the work half completed and leave. We would come home expecting a finished job and find that the work wasn’t finished. They had a lot of great reviews on Houzz and we were disappointed to have such a poor and unprofessional job done. The first picture is dry wall that they got all over our baseboards and painted over. When we addressed this issue they told us we could get it out ourselves with “elbow grease”. The next picture is our ceiling after they painted our ceiling on wet drywall. We had to pay to have this fixed ourselves after they told us we shouldn’t expect it to “look perfect”.
