> We had some fabricated edge seal failure and major darkening on a large quartzite slab. After a bit of a runaround with original fabricators and failed DIY attempts to pull out the staining, Chris came highly recommended and did not disappoint - he was able to quickly assess and ultimately solve the issue prior to re-sealing. He is responsive, professional and capable!

> In all our years of owning a home, we had never undertaken a renovation of any kind and we were clueless and felt intimidated at the prospect of upgrading our kitchen.  Caroline met with us first and patiently walked us through the process and took the time to let us know what to expect and made sure we understood what the project entailed. She also helped us with making overall and specific design decisions; Caroline guided us through creating a unique tile backsplash that we absolutely love and was just the finishing touch that our kitchen needed.  Chris was also involved in the early planning and design decisions and executed the project flawlessly.  We are pleased with the high quality workmanship and the fact that the work area was always cleaned up.  We particularly appreciated that they always showed up when they said they would and if there were any changes they always let us know.  Caroline and Chris offer high quality services and our customer satisfaction rating for them is excellent; they were effective at setting expectations so we always knew what to expect, they consistently delivered on their commitments and came in on budget.
