> We contacted Relevant Homes for our kitchen remodel and ended up hiring them to take care of the whole 1st floor. We initially worked with Jeff and Aaron on the design process which we thought we had the perfect layout down, but Jeff provided us with two options (one what we described to him and the second with some minor changes he thought would better fit the space). Obviously we went with Jeff’s recommendation and we couldn’t be happier. The entire process was seamless, communication was excellent through every step and budget was always taken into consideration. The daily onsite crew of Juan and his team were great to work with as well.  They provided attention to every design detail and were extremely respectful.  After starting to see their amazing work we even had them finish up a few finishing touches on our second floor. Would highly recommend working with Relevant Homes, after we are all said and done given the attention to detail, quality work, communication, professionalism and timelines the value for what we paid is definitely unbeatable.

> After serious water damage that required the demolition of most of our condo's kitchen in the spring of 2012, Jeff from Relevant Homes was our man on the spot. Having to move out of our home for 6 weeks with 2 kids under 3, we knew we wanted to rebuild it to look better than the dated look we had before, but didn't have the time, energy, or aptitude to figure out the details. Jeff stepped in and saved the day, redesigning our entire kitchen with an amazingly cool new layout, color scheme, appliances, cabinetry, lighting, and fixtures.

**Q: Siding** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hey Jeff, I came across this having a scroll! What is the siding you used here?

A: Its hardi-panel, ripped to 24" wide and installed like traditional lap siding.

**Q: What is base on which TV is hung?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The TV is hung from a standard wall mount. We installed sound transparent fabric panels behind the television, covering up in wall speakers while adding to the aesthetics of the room.

**Q: is the wall of the fireplace drywall?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is drywall, finished with a sand textured paint.

**Q: is this lvp.** *(in Photo Questions)*

Luxury vinyl plank? And how was it attached to the wall?

A: This is simple laminate flooring from a big box store. It was click locked together and edge nailed into the studs with a pneumatic trim nail gun.

A: It is 3" red oak with Minwax Dark Walnut stain.

What are the dimensions of this laundry room?  Thank you.

A: It is 6ft by just under 11 ft with a 2 ft x 2 ft mechanical chase framed in at the right. The ceiling it 8 ft. There is also a laundry sink between the dryer and tall pantry cabinet at the back.
