Right from the start, Zak was different from all others ... he cared most about making something different and special for us. He listened to what we wanted and did a great job developing five awesome pieces from a concept we had shared with him. Throughout the build process he kept us informed of progress and showed us pictures of what he was building. We felt part of the process at all times. When the pieces arrived, he and his team were very careful to clean and polish all the pieces and place them exactly where we wanted. He even took the initiative to make some minor modifications to transform already phenomenal pieces to "out of the park" pieces. I simply could not have asked for more with Zak. We can't wait to have him build more for us when we get around to overhauling another room.
