Westbrooke did not cut any corners and it clearly shows. During our walk through before settlement, the Westbrooke team takes the time to walk through the home explaining how everything’s works etc. Yes, every builder does this with new constriction homes. However, I was personally blown away by how in depth they go to ensure that you know your new home. Even down to the home owner booklet they provide you with a list of contacts you may need in the future and additional information that’s useful for the home. Every idea we had Allen gave thoughtful consideration, and even when he knew it wasn't a good idea, he held our hand to show us how it could work or explained why it's not going to work.
