My problem was they put in a main sewer line for $3,550.00 from my house to the street. All was fine until the ground dropped several inches to foot here and the the entire long line. Especially at my house over 8 feet along the foundation. I now have rain water being rerouted at my foundation wall and the water is coming through my basement footing. Called Tim Chen himself who refused to come out and even look at the issue and told me to call a landscape company. Tim Chen told me "we fix pipe. We are not a landscape company". When I asked him then why was the pipe not left exposed with the instruction for me to call a landscape company at time of plumbing service he suddenly stopped the conversation with me. > > The issue is that his employee did not correctly pack the clay at intervals over the pipe line so now I have huge areas of ground that have dropped and large deep cracks many feet long. Now I have to pay another company to come check for a void under pipe so it will not crack, check the spring line and where pipe comes into the house and correctly pack the ground. Once that is finished then have my foundation check for water damage. > > DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.
