They are completely unresponsive. I actually want to pay them - give them my business - to replace something and they cannot bother to call me or email me back. We have loved the look and quality of our Kabi cabinetry but desperately need to replace a door that was damaged by us. It is beyond frustrating! **★ — Lance La Certe, April 2021** > Consistently Awful > > I first contacted Steve Johnson of kabi on a Sunday, 2/28/21. I was pleasantly surprised that he responded the same day regarding our request for a custom bathroom cabinet. Things went downhill from there very quickly. Subsequent emails were not returned, or returned week(s) later. By 3/23 I heard from him asking a couple of specific questions about the design. I responded immediately with the answers and never heard from him. I had to send an email to his secretary (?) to make sure he was receiving my emails. 2 weeks later, when I again sent him an email, he stated he was still waiting for my answers, which had already been sent 2 weeks earlier. I called kabi directly asked to speak directly to him. I was directed to his email, and of course I couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. I asked his secretary to have him call me. 5 days later , and he never returned my call. I will never use their services. One thing is for sure, Steve Johnson is consistent in how badly he communicates. I should have read other reviews before even contacting kabi, as my experience is not unique. All I need is for them to help me find a replacement hinge. It's been three weeks now of leaving messages via email and voicemail. They have yet to pick up the phone or return a message. In the mean time, I have no cabinet door and no way to replace it. It would be difficult to get an all together different hinge as I would have to re-drill all the holes. We just handled the cabinets. **Q: Where are the pillows from?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Our company did not specify the pillows so sorry to say I don't know the answer to that question. **Q: what kind of pulls did you use on cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Those are integrated stainless steel pulls that were specified and purchased by the homeowner so I'm afraid I don't have any other information about them.
