**Q: What should I do on this wall** *(in Design Dilemma)*

A: It depends on how much work you are willing to do and what your options are. Is removing the wall an option or redoing the drywall?  Also, how deep are those niches?  You could paint the niches a different color so they stand out more (if you want them to stand out more), kind of like an accent wall, and put in shelving/glass shelving.  You could display various things that coincide with your current design scheme using blue, white, brown, etc. Also, depends on what this space is for? If it's a lounging type of area then you can make it a book shelf. If it's a dining area then you can put up plates, silverware, glassware, wine/alcohol bottles, etc.

**Q: looking for tile selection opinions** *(in Home Decorating)*

Ok gange so putting together a few tile bathroom selections for a client. We are doing a stand up shower and bathtub. They like there brown towns so don't want to take them to far away from that, which style do you think best? Open to other ideas.

A: @wysama...sorry for the delay but I got a response from our tile vendor. Unfortunately, the original tile is no longer in production. However, they found something very similar. Please see the image below for more information. The shower wall tile is called "Classic Gris Travertine" 4" x 16" I hope this helps!  They are looking for something comparable for the floor tile. I will update you as soon as possible.

**Q: Looking for kitchen advice in total renovation** *(in Flooring)*

I would love some ideas for a kitchen renovation! Are white and pale grey kitchens on their way out?

A: The photo you like I got off of google which lead to a pintrest account for a consumer. Not sure who the contractor was on that one but it is beautiful!

**Q: Help organize all my Daughter's beauty products in a small area.** *(in Organizing the Home)*

My daughter uses a lot of beauty products but doesn't have enough room on her small vanity.  She wants to put up shelves but doesn't know the best place to put them that is easily accessible.

A: Depends on how much space you have to work with, and if you plan on keeping the current vanity or removing it to make space for the new storage area, budget, how much work you want to put into it or if you want a contractor to, if you want the items to be visible or concealed, how tall she is, etc.  You could take 1/2" sanded plywood, paint it, and make shelving that's very durable.  They used the rolling carts along with a side table. If you have the money you can get really nice vanity towers ranging from a couple hundred to over a thousand depending on brand/model.  You can also contact a local woodmaker. We have the luxury of having a marvelous woodmaker near us and he does custom pieces relatively cheap with install.

**Q: Ideas for empty pit in backyard?** *(in Porches & Decks)*

We had an old spa removed from our backyard yesterday. We are brainstorming ideas for our next move with the area. We have a 2 year old and plan to have more kids, so it would need to be something baby friendly... any fun ideas other than just filling it in? Thank you!

A: I would agree with that, that's why I would suggest some kind of barricade OR you can cover it with glass/plexiglass.

**Q: help with door hardware camouflaging a hole** *(in Design Dilemma)*

can someone point me in the direction of door hardware (lever pref) for french doors that have an oversized rosette. I need to replace some french hardware that ruined the door around the hole opening. ive tried refinishing the wood area to no avail. need really oversized rosettes. any ideas? weathered oak looking doors. sorry cant get in there for pics due to construction.

A: Hmm...my best suggestion beyond fixing the wood is to contact a manufacturer directly or one of the regional distributors such as 84 Lumber, Allied Window, John H. Myer, etc. I'll check around to see if I can locate anything, sorry I can't be of more help!
