I quickly learned that I had made the right decision in hiring Chad. My remodel included popping out a couple walls to create a dining area, building a completly new kitchen, renovate and tile bathroom, add several full log structural beams, including log beams to ceilings, replace all windows, replace all interior and exterior doors, all new interior wood trim installed and everything stained or painted. Add to that residing the exterior with split logs and installing River Rock on the foundation walls. All this work was done beautifully, on time and on budget. I was only able to go up to check on the progress and make decisions a couple times and each time was a positive experience. I have done other remodels but not with this distance. Let me just say how nice it it is to work with a contractor that is honest, has integrity and takes pride in his work. A: If remember correctly it is about 30" wide by 14" deep by 5" tall. :-) **Q: Vanity Light company and style please** *(in Photo Questions)* A: I apologize, this home was completed over 10 years ago and I don't know the information you are looking for. I believe the lights were purchased from James and Company Lighting in Fresno California. **Q: What granite & backsplash did you use in this picture?** *(in Photo Questions)* It goes good together! A: I apologize I don't recall the names of those surfaces. Asking at a tile/granite shop with the pictures might be your best bet. **Q: Floor** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you give me info on the flooring? A: I believe it was a hand distressed Hickory floor that was engineered. It was glued down over the concrete floor that we patched in after pulling up the original paver tiles installed when the home was built in the 40's. I'm sorry I don't have an exact brand or model number. If you're interested you can DM me and I give you the contact info for my flooring sub and they can probably look it up.
