Mr Kurowski insists on the highest ethical consideration in his dealings with subcontractors, design professionals and clientele. Kurowski Development performs a copious and very diligent exploration of all facets of the project so that there is nothing left to guessing during the construction phase and the budget is set and maintained for the entirety of the contract. Clients are informed and updated continuously throughout the project - so they are always in the loop. The architect, also is kept abreast of progress at the job-site and communication is fluid between the Kurowski team and the architect. > We have been involved with three different projects where Kurowski Development has been the builder. Two of the projects were bid out; but it is the skill, experience, and professionalism which have won the contract for them. All three projects were quite different in nature: a mountain custom home in Genesse Colorado where the proximity of trees to the construction was a major challenge; a large bedroom/stair tower and 4-car garage addition where connection to a very old crawl space foundation made concrete work extremely tenuous; and an office/deck and oversize garage addition linked to an existing log home made estimating all but impossible.
