They assisted from the beginning blueprints, all the way to the last finish nail. We found their cost per square foot very reasonable, and the craftsmanship to be excellent. As general contractor, they also did a great job of managing the sub-contractors, and communicating those timelines to us. We stayed on budget, and the job was done on schedule. > It is also worth noting, they did this in the midst of one of the coldest winters on record. Hardly missing a day! Their whole crew is made up of skilled and principled men. **★★★★★ — abmebr, Feb. 2015** > Dean Builders was hired to build a wonderful 1200 square foot addition, redesign and renovate the kitchen, coordinate the residing and re-roofing as we updated our family home which was built in 1983. Since the original $160,000 renovation they have returned to update two of our three bathrooms, renovate and install a built in closet system in the master bedroom, modify the walk out family room with sheetrock,, replacing the doors and trim to complete the transformation of this property. I recommend them without reservation as they have been professional, respectful, timely and delightful to work with. Our friends are envious when we talk about our experience. All of our projects have come in on budget and follow up has been excellent. Sub-contractors have been hired and fully coordinated by the project managers. I especially appreciated my working relationship with the Dean Builder team as my professional work has a demanding schedule and I felt fully informed of the daily activities and able to coordinate design and selection of products. This experienced team was able to identify and modify plans to avoid difficulties, delays and over runs. > > While our initial project was extensive in terms of construction it also included relocating a hot tub and building a new surrounding deck, the construction of a second floor screened porch off the kitchen and installing an in floor heating in the lower level addition, our subsequent projects have been smaller ones with Dean Builder's as our go to team. The initial renovation in 2004 was completed in 4 months, amazing given the scope of the project. During all of the renovations and remodeling projects we have occupied our home. They crew has been meticulous in daily clean up, with attention to safety and comfort within our home during these times.
