Actually, it is a 1600 square foot pool house that includes an equipment room for the swimming pool, a storage room, a party room, kitchen, laundry, three dressing rooms, a shower and restroom, and a guest bedroom. The construction is pretty conventional but we do have high vaulted ceilings and an arched roof built over the patio area. This involved special fabrication of a curved steel beam. This was a very intense experience as we had deadlines for occupation. Not only deadlines, we were dealing with the housing market drop. In this climate, despite some subs going out of business, others failing to maintain their integrity, and other factors, Brad maintained his integrity, quality and dependability.
