> My wife and I needed a full-on custom set of house plans since the style of homes in our area aren't to our taste. After searching for some time Steve was one of the few affordable options. We decided to give him a shot. On arrival at our first meeting, we were skeptical because he works out of an office in his home but after seeing some of the plans Steve had designed for other customers we wanted to move forward. Steve far exceeded our expectations. He took excellent directions, designed with a smart efficient style, allowed us to make changes on the fly, provided multiple looks with multiple finishes to help us visualize the build, provided a 3D walkthrough, and even spoke with some of our contractors to ensure the build would go smoothly. All this at an extremely fair price. In a world where everyone is charging a premium for mediocracy, Steve is still of the old school mentality providing the highest quality of service and professionalism at an affordable fair price. When wanting to provide more floor space in the master bedroom for our ailing parents, he worked with us to find practical solutions that made the space functional and inviting. We wanted to have wheel chair accessibility in the home and Steven helped us plan ramps and other accessible areas in our home. He was patient with us when we were deciding on ideas.
