DO NOT provide detailed invoice of labour and supplies. Way over priced for labour hours for time they were here. Charged ME for rental of aerator (they are a lawn service and don’t have their own aerator?) from Home Depot at twice the Home Depot daily rental rate (I checked) and then took the aerator to another job site in the afternoon (I didn’t ask about this, it was his worker who offered the information) so suspect the next sucker was also charged the rental. If you have questions or need explanation they just ignore you. Won’t respond to voice mail, email or text. If you’re persistent, (2 weeks later…yup 2 weeks) they come up with lame excuses about not getting the message. Their communication skills are zero. Needed a complete lawn rejuvenation due to severe raccoon damage from grubs. The worst results imaginable and the grub treatment was obviously a bunch of bull because the coons are back tearing up our lawn. Preventative treatment in May and coons are back October tearing up “shitty” $13,0000 lawn. They higher young labour with obviously no lawn experience and leave them with zero supervision and no idea what they are doing. Applying grass seed by throwing handfuls around because spreader is broken. Ya, a lawn company with broken equipment. Is that how the grub control was applied, resulting in untreated areas? Most disappointing and frustrating experience ever. **★ — Mina, July 2023** > I would not recommend Anne and her team. Anne does not provide a detailed estimate. When pressed for a detailed invoice she ignores your calls, texts and emails then asks her son to do the dirty work. Blames Quickbooks for overcharging and then gives empty promises of refund for overcharging. Charges triple the labour time, charges extra travel time, charges for Project Management and consultation hours, charges for their work truck (which just drove the team there) and "equipment" but then borrows our tools. **★★★★★ — shelphelan, Aug. 2015** > Anne and her crew are awesome. Her expertise in designing a beautiful landscape won me an organic garden contest in 2009 for the biodiversity of my garden. Photos are available. Anne also has an Arborist degree. Over the years she helps with the pruning of my fruit trees and shrubs and maintenance of my yard. Anne and her assistant visited our home and spent a couple of hours getting to know us as gardeners and seeking our input into the garden. When the replacement tree was not thriving Anne saw that it was replaced and put into our rear garden "just in case".
