If any changes or deficiencies come up they are always dealt with immediately and the project is completed on time. One of the most important factors with cabinets is scheduling and in construction this is very important as it can hold up a job site and Pacific RIm gives you a delivery date and the cabinets are always ready when they are expected to be completed. I have never been disappointed with Alicia my designer or the company product. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend them. **Comment from Pacific Rim Cabinets:** > Thank you for your feedback Debbie! They met all of our expectations in terms of quality of the product, professionalism of staff and timeliness of production and installation. > > Fahran (PacRim designer) developed the plans. His attention to detail was meticulous, with several site visits to verify measurements and building specs. He worked closely with our designer and the sub-trades - plumber, electrician, carpenters - to ensure compatibility with his design. His suggestions were always helpful, and added value to the project. The project was definitely on time and on budget. > > Production of the cabinets was fast-tracked to meet our schedule for the overall renovation. Delivery and installation were by very organized and efficient staff A detailed post- installation inspection identified very few minor fixes, which Pacific Rim attended to immediately. > > All of this would not have been possible without the excellent coordination of the Client Service Manager, Pam Dhillon who kept us updated at every step. > > We are extremely satisfied with the end result of beautiful new kitchen and living room cabinets. A: Hi Kathy, Pacific Rim Cabinets produced and installed all the cabinetry and millwork for this project. The flooring, tiling and walls were done by others. This project was completed for Laura Grist Interior Design, I'm sure she could help with your question. Good luck! **Q: Kitchen** *(in Photo Questions)* What's the white backsplash made of? A: Hi dionsbox, sorry I can't help you out much with your inquiry. The backsplash went in after we had completed the cabinet installation, but it is an eye catcher! **Q: Love the lighting- who is it by?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hi Studio K, I'm not sure who did this lighting for this project... Unfortunately, the finishing touches get completed after we've installed and moved on to the next job. It is stunning! **Q: What is the countertop surface material and color? It's beautiful!** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Hi dinanaj, I'm not sure what material or color was used for this countertop as it was supplied by a stone fabricator... Let me see if our designer who worked on that project knows. It is stunning! --- *Source: Houzz professional profile. Reflects the profile as of 2026-11-07.*
