> I am not great with selecting colors or matching hues. Jim was so helpful in helping me to select the colors I was envisioning. When it was a new color, he had me preview it to assure I was happy with the color. My bathroom color I selected was not exactly how I envisioned it. He suggested going one shade lighter. Itwas perfect! I had my dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a basement staircase walls and steps painted. He also touched up one wall in our Bonus room. All this for $1200 plus supplies!!!  Everyone was painted to perfection!  As a side note, I had a change in schedule and was going to be home much later than I expected. He offered to let my dog out to help me out.   Who does that?

> Just used Jim to paint the entire inside of my house.   There are drip marks everywhere, sloppy lines where the trim meets the wall and where the ceiling meets the wall.  The brand new trim that we installed before Jim painted looks dirty because the grey paint that was used on the walls lightly splattered the top of the trim because the trim wasn't properly covered when the walls were painted.  Everything was supposed to received two coats after the primer and it was very clear that my brand new pre-primed white trim was barely given one coat (there were many places where the original primer is visible).  Things that were "fixed" look worse than what they did originally. There are many, many places that have visible shadows or spackle from "touch-ups."  It was very clear (based on a verbal argument that ensued between Jim and his workers while I was at home) and follow-up conversations with Jim that they were hurrying to get the job done.  These things are only a few of the many examples of the quality of work that we received.  When I addressed my dissatisfaction with Jim he acknowledged the poor quality and agreed to come back for 1 day to fix the work.  When he arrived he verbally recognized that they essentially needed to redo much of their work and wouldn't have time to do so.  He noted that they would work for the day. Needless to say, after the day's work, I'm fairly confident the things that were fixed look worse (reference picture example) because there are many places that are spotty, as previously mentioned.  In addition, the process that was used left me cleaning my entire house multiple times including drip marks on my carpet, window screens, furniture and kids toys.  I had asked that the workers not wear shoes on my cleaned carpets and I often saw them walking with their shoes on.  My outdoor hose that was used also still has paint on it and the nosel was broken.  I am giving 1 star because Jim was very helpful in choosing colors.

> Unfortunately, the effort and time I invested to try to exceed your expectations continued to make things worse.  With that said, I do not feel comfortable returning to your home. I feel we would both be better served with you applying my balance due, to hire a decorator that could better meet your expectations.

> Just used Jim's service recently to paint our foyer area and a little more.   Excellent.  Speedy and most importantly...I didn't have to do it.  Looks much better than the job I would have done for sure.  And it took them all of maybe four or five hours.
