Founded by Kern Kingsmith in 1985 as a home building company, Kingsmith Builders has had experience in construction for over 35 years.  Our founder grew the company from the ground up in Cochrane by working with highly skilled tradesmen and placing a big value on great quality right from the start.

Craig Wiens took over the company in 2014 and has kept it's roots as a home builder but has now branched out into having both a Commercial and a Renovation division as well.  That means our multi-faceted team is able to handle all of your construction needs under one roof.  Being a small team ensures that you have hands on customer service, attention to detail and the care one should expect from their builder.

Kingsmith Builders values it's small town Cochrane roots and prides itself on established close partnerships with subcontractors, suppliers and customers - many of whom are repeats and referrals. Not only has Kingsmith taught us all about trades and let us build alongside their tradesmen, but they have also made a wonderful single-family home that seems to get better every week.
