Two and a half years after installation of a completely new roof, there remains several active leaks in pitched and flat roof portions of the roof and their handling of the situation couldn’t be worse. > > From a workmanship standpoint, GRC is trash. At least a half dozen visit to the project to “fix” the issues has led to no resolution - their work is shoddy and very likely constitutes a direct threat to safety. > > From a customer standpoint, you will not find a worse company. The owner Marisol may be the most miserable person you will ever encounter. The co-owner Gill is aloof, distracted, and unengaged to put it lightly. They don’t take ownership of any of their faults, attempt to pass blame to anyone possible, and legitimately suggested insurance fraud as a resolution to the damage caused by them. > > This is a company currently facing litigation, challenges to their professional licensure, and under investigation by better business groups.
