It was built in 2009. So far we have replaced our roof, basement water proofing, framing on main floor and upstairs. While laying the flooring he had contractors putting up drywall. I overheard them ask how far apart they should drill each screw. They were off by 6 inches. When that was brought to their attention they said " just do it right from now on the home owners will never know. All of our drywall has since cracked at most joints.
