If something is custom, lead times are extended to 8-12 weeks. > While working for Mr. S, we were approached by his neighbor as per normal wondering what we were doing and such. People are very curious and want to know how we are improving people’s homes. We have 104 emails back and forth starting with February 23, 2016 and has admitted to being very picky. > We made a mistake with a cleaning product to clean the concrete steps but have been researching for the perfect solution to get it done and have found it. Unfortunately, with all the rainy weather, we had to wait for it to dry up before we can return to clean off the steps. > > We have a signed contract that Mr. S. wants to cancel because he made a mistake while reviewing the contract even after we asked him to verify that everything was the way he wanted it. He gave us a verbal confirmation, email confirmation and signed the contract. One item he signed for cost us $500. Mr. S himself was unable to keep up with all the changes he requested and signed for the wrong item. We can fix the above items for Mr. S. Our team cuts the foam on site, then applies it using fiberglass mesh and a special stucco mixture with adhesive properties. You can purchase foam “plant on” details from home improvement stores with the fiberglass mesh and initial stucco coat already applied. These pre-fab pieces can be applied with liquid nails or mechanically fastened. Both methods require at least one more top coat of stucco to finish the detail. Happy Thanksgiving!
