He worked with us to come up with the ideal design for our property, and the workmanship was outstanding. Although he was unable to start on it as soon as we wanted, he did start on the agreed date and finished it right on time. We’ve had several outdoor parties this summer and have received nothing but great compliments on our new addition! Bravo Daniel! **★★★★★ — Debbie Quain, June 2018** > I randomly came upon Florida Sundeck while searching for a company to tear down a 30 year old deck, and build us a new one. Going with this company, and dealing with Daniel, the owner, was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From beginning to end, working with Daniel was a genuine pleasure. Daniel responds to e-mails, and messages, promptly. He is punctual, attentive, dependable, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, creative, and my favourite trait, he is a PERFECTIONIST! His work ethic is outstanding. Always leaves the workplace, neat and tidy. Daniel and his work partner, Peter, are like a well-oiled machine. They work cohesively together in a manner that is quite impressive. The deck was done in a timely fashion, on budget, and Daniel even threw in some thoughtful little touches for us! Our deck is a thing of unique beauty, creatively different than most decks you see, and we absolutely are thrilled and love it! Daniel's work is precise, solid, and reflects a quality of workmanship that unfortunately, is not always a given these days. Lastly, if you are contemplating going with this company and its wonderful owner, go for it!!! You will have zero regrets. Thank you most sincerely, Daniel and Peter. **★★★★★ — Peter T, March 2018** > We had Patio Florida design and build our deck and we are really satisfied. Nothing went wrong and the workmanship was light speed. On schedule, and professional from beginning to end. Organized construction and nice staff. M. Simard delivered an amazing treated wood deck and a nice uni-stone patio to compliment the landing area. > We will be using them again in the near future for other projects. **★★★★★ — Simon Robert, March 2017** > As far as I'm concerned, the quality of an incredible job can be summed up in the following : > > 1- The company truly understands your needs and perfectly adapts the project around them. > 2- The end result of a job greatly exceeds your own expectations. > > I just can't imagine becoming more satisfied than by dealing with Florida Sundecks. **Comment from Florida Sundeck:** > Thank you very much for such a great review. Thank you. **★★★★ — goodtown, Oct. 2015** > Transformed a plain/dull looking treated wood deck into a zen style oasis backyard. Displayed high standards to Quality of workmanship and thinks outside of the box to find always a solution to a potential problem. Creative in design and thought process. On budget and exceeded work schedule by 4 days. > Pleasant, professional and always ready to listen to the customer. **Comment from Florida Sundeck:** > Thank you Carole for the nice comments. > We miss your cakes and coffees !!! > Here is what we started with as a visual plan of the project. ## Selected projects - [Montreal West Island Landscaping and Designs.](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/montreal-west-island-landscaping-and-designs-pj-vj~1642469) - Location: Kirkland, QC - Photos: 42 - Description: Best Montreal West Island Landscaping Designs and layout for your property at a reasonable price. - [Montreal West Island Deck Buiders and Designers.](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/montreal-west-island-deck-buiders-and-designers-pj-vj~1642195) - Location: Kirkland, QC - Photos: 101 - Description: Get your deck done by one of the best Montreal West Island Deck Builder and Designer.
