While building and selling small apartment projects the decision was made that custom home building fit more with his creative, hands on, approach to construction. In 1996, Jeff’s focus turned entirely on custom home construction, creating the development of Jeff Rogers Custom Homes, Inc. Over the past 30 years Jeff has built over 200 custom homes – from simple, budget conscious, first time buyer homes – to 11,000 square foot estates. In 2007, as the economy changed the direction of new home building, Jeff began to direct some of his attention to remodel and home additions. Jeff Rogers Custom Homes, Inc. is licensed and bonded in the state of Arizona for residential and small commercial construction. We have built office buildings and have also completed tenant improvements in existing buildings for several professional and medical offices. Jeff and his wife, Kim, have three daughters and seven grandchildren. They have been happily married for 40 years.
