We worked closely with the builder and architect to finalize the design. While the kitchen / patio is beautiful, we were on the short end as we did not receive everything that was mutually negotiated, agreed upon and ultimately paid for. Those things include gross miscalculations for building materials and roof lines, damage to the yard, destruction of flower beds and grass and failure to provide receipts, although requested, for purchases made that we were billed for. Because this company did not have a licensed electrician as a part of their building crew and felt this to be very important to the design, we had no other alternative but to engage the services of an independent licensed electrician at our expense. As the project was ending we sent several punch lists which contained items that should have been addressed in a quality review. We continued to bring to Rafael's attention all incomplete details until most but not all of the items were addressed. Although highly frustrated, we reluctantly paid the remaining balance under the assumption that the outstanding items would be completed accordingly. This did not happen. Given our experience working with this company, under no circumstances would we use Earth Green Lands to do any work for us **★★★★★ — LBM, Aug. 2020** > Earth Green Lands is superb. We needed to refresh the landscaping in our front and backyard in order to put our house on the market. The team worked quickly and within our budget. Throughout the process, I appreciated how communicative Rafael was and the sense of creativity he brought to the endeavor. I can honestly say we enjoyed both areas more in the few weeks our house was for sale than the 5 years prior. My only regret is not calling Earth Green Lands sooner.
