> To start, one star is too many, zero stars would best for this builder, DO NOT buy from this builder, if you have bought already get out of the deal if you can. Poor design, substandard and poor quality construction, everything is at or below minimum code, constant delays, builder blamed everyone for delays except their own incompetence. Even if you have documentation in writing from the builder, builder refused to honour any agreements, stating emails are not valid agreements, even though builder agreed to the request which determined my purchase. I was told to "live" with it. They even blamed my hair dryer being the issue until the ESA was called in which they changed their tune and finally acknowledged it was a wiring issue.  STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
