The move in date and budget came out as expected. The subs were all friendly and professional. There are a lot of decisions to be made Matt understands that and answers questions promptly. Building a house is stressful, but it is worth it. Our house came out better than I even expected. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Darlene, > Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We are so glad you are happy with your house! It was a pleasure to work with you! Sincerely. **★★★★★ — HU-522129492, April 2021** > Matt Wittmer is the best. The real test of 100% satisfaction can be answered with the question, “Would you hire this contractor a second time.” > And I would answer, yes, and in fact, we did. We have experience working with contractors in other locations, but Wittmer Construction has been the best experience for us. In addition to all the stars we can give Matt, he proved to be flexible to my wife’s change of plans, gave us valuable feedback to our ideas, was very patient, > and in the end we had a home we were proud of. > We were always complimented about our home from our friends and family. I and my wife are confident that you will be pleased to have Wittmer Construction build your home. > Roxie Victorson **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Roxie, > Thank you for your generous review! We are humbled and grateful that you choose us to build for you! Sincerely, Matt **★★★★★ — bergcat, Jan. 2021** > We can’t say enough wonderful things about Matt and his team. Matt built us a vacation home in downtown Bend and we love it. Matt is about as respectful and honest as anyone you’ll meet. And he’s everything you’d want in a builder; kind, respectful, responsive, personable, and prompt. His trades were all kind and respectful as well, and their workmanship was top-notch. We interviewed several builders and from the first phone call with Matt, it was apparent that he was the perfect person to build our home. The process was smooth and we were kept informed every step of the way. Thanks Matt and Shannon. You’re both amazing people and we’re so glad we had a chance to work with you and are grateful for this experience. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > We are honored to have been chosen to build your home. It was a great experience. You two were so thoughtful and prepared with great ideas! We are proud of the final outcome! Wishing you and the family MANY MANY happy memories made there! Thank you for trusting us with your vacation home! **★★★★★ — mountainfarmgirl, Aug. 2020** > My husband and I had such a fantastic building experience with Matt Wittmer of Wittmer Construction. Matt is extremely organized, a strong communicator, a problem solver and detail oriented. Our Wittmer Construction custom "modern mountain farmhouse" was the first home we'd ever built, and it was such an enjoyable process. The subcontractors who work for Matt were great as well, as was the Wittmer Construction office manager. Highly impressed! **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Wow! Such nice things to say! We really appreciate the feedback. > Building your home was a fantastic experience for us as well. Over the course of the project we had people tell us how much they appreciated working on your home. Wittmer Construction, as an entire team, is grateful for such a positive experience and a stunning outcome! Thank you for the opportunity! **★★★★★ — Bonnie Barkley, July 2020** > We were very satisfied with the entire build process, start to finish. We were still living in California during the build process, commuting every 4-6 weeks, so communication was very important. We found Matt to be extremely organized and the vendors he used commented on how they appreciated his organization. Matt had helpful suggestions throughout the build. We are impressed with the quality, even behind the walls. We would highly recommend them and would use them again. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Bonnie, Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. We are so glad you are enjoying your home! Sincerely, Matt & Shannon **★★★★★ — Julia Legters, Feb. 2019** > I would highly recommend Wittmer Construction for home building. They are a very proactive builder - communication and scheduling are one of their best services offered from beginning to end of the project. They have the best sub-contractors which makes it pleasant during the whole build. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Thank you for your kind and honest review. We really appreciate the work you do for us! **★★★★★ — Cascade Closet Works, Oct. 2018** > Wittmer Contruction homes are well built, each stage is well thought through and detailed. I’ve been in construction for over 30 years and few builders can keep a project clean and the subcontractors are not working on top of each other so they can do their best for the homeowner. Matt and crew will do a quality job all the way through the process. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Bryan, Thank you very much for your kind compliments! It’s good to know our efforts to maintain an organized schedule are noticed and appreciated. Thank you for the work you do for us! **★★★★★ — Honorio ortiz, Oct. 2018** > Wittmer construction is one of the best companies that i have work for they are very professional in every aspect, I like doing business with them because they take pride of the work they do and to make sure customers are number one priority. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Thank you for taking the time to give us a review! We sure do appreciate the work that you do as well! Thank you for being part of our team! **★★★★★ — HU-976133862, Oct. 2018** > Working with Matt at Whitmer Construction is always professional, organized and easy. Scheduling is always on time and job sites ready for subs to do there work. He builds a quality home and his clients are always happy with the finished product. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Although we are not able to see who posted this review, we wanted to say Thanks to the person who wrote it! We really appreciate our subcontractors and it's our goal to keep them happy so they continue to make the clients happy. Thanks so much! **★★★★★ — Richard Wright, Oct. 2018** > Working with Matt at Wittmer Construction is a pleasure. His professionalism, eye for detail and understanding of the construction trades enables him to keep the projects flowing smoothly with top of the line industry results that other contractors envy. **Comment from Wittmer Construction:** > Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a review!
