**Q: LVP wood texture** *(in Building a Home)*

I'm looking for a darker wide plank LVP that has lots of wood looking texture to it. The knots, the light and dark all of it. Any suggestions? I can't find one.

**Q: Laminate flooring vents** *(in Flooring)*

Hello there all,
We are redoing our flooring and found a laminate that we love (Mannington Restoration Collection) and I was wondering if vents like the photo attached exist for laminate or how to find that vent option? Thanks!

A: Agree with all of the above. If you want to go with a flushed mount, your only option is to go with Aria flushmount pro, only if you haven't installed laminate yet (the insert will need to be installed on the subfloor first). Cost can add up quickly if you have more than 1 vent.

**Q: Provenza Floors** *(in Polls)*

Has anyone installed Provenza First Glance? I have brought literally every other popular sample into my house including finally mine, first crush and at ease, and they all look grey. I'm looking for something with a warmer tone. And pictures of First Glance installed if any (I know its new).

A: @lorihaffner have you had a chance to check out a sample from your local showroom so that you can place it at your own home and see if it will fit in with the rest of the design? Keep in mind that floor colors can be deceiving under different lighting and angles (and also filters if any).
Attached are the sample of the First Glance with one on the floors under direct sunlight and the other one against a wall in normal lighting.

**Q: Reward Flooring anyone? - Engineered hardwoods** *(in Flooring)*

Anyone used these? There are several that I like but I can't find ANY reviews! I'm looking at a couple in the Costa collection. They seem like good quality and great colors. I need to do almost a whole house so I want to be sure it's something good! I've seen a couple mentions in here but mostly people asking like I am... Thanks!

A: @Jan Donovan Ancona is a bit warmer than Anzio I think. It's a good option for a modern looking floor, but it really depends on your other interior colors (walls, cabinets, etc.). The Anzio that we installed was in a very modern looking house as well. It goes really well with all the other interior design elements.

**Q: Monarch Plank Storia ii** *(in Flooring)*

Found another engineered hardwood that is now on my short list: Monarch Plank Storia ii Lusia.  The color is perfect.  I love the finish.  It looks expensive.  Feels amazing on bare feet (a requirement).  It's priced well.  The only drawback (if it is one) is that there's a 2mm wear layer.  I'm thinking I will never need to refinish this floor so I'm not all that concerned.  Does anyone out there have any feedback on this product?

A: piggyback on what SJ McCarthy said previously, a couple of manufacturers are considered as high end options are Summitt Forest Products (custom), Mirage Floors, Graf Custom Hardwood, etc. Those are a few brands that have their products made in the USA or Canada, and can custom made very unique flooring materials for your needs/wants.
