The Carpenter came out to my home and made some pull out trays for my pantry and lower cabinets, removed my old backsplash & installed new baseboards. He also came back out at no charge to attach the doors after they were painted.

**Q: Have you bought from http://www.mrdirectint.com? Ticor sinks** *(in Kitchens)*

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has bought from the web site http://mrdirectint.com/?
I have found some of their sinks to be similar if not the same as the Ticor sinks being sold on Galaxy Tools Supply. A: I am a kitchen and bath designer and ordered MR Direct products for 4 months because I didn't have another supplier.  Now that I do, I'm saying goodbye to MR Direct and the headaches that come with being their customer.   Their porcelain & fireclay sinks show up broke all the time. Copper sink show up dented.  They've replaced 5 broken sinks, set back installations, and if they refund you, they do not refund shipping (even though it's UPS's fault for the breakage). They don't mark the boxes "fragile" half the time. The final straw happened yesterday.  They replaced a broken sink with a new model (we paid the upcharge and shipping to do so).  That sink also showed up broken.  Because we were a bit later to let them know, they are refusing a refund or a replacement. I would not use this company for anything over $50.  You may regret it.  We're losing over $600 because we DO know what good customer service is, and we WILL refund our customer.  They are well aware that UPS breaks their sinks, but they use them as an excuse.  "It's past UPS's policy".  What about their policy?  We're not UPS's customer, we were MR Direct's customer.  Save yourself the headache. Don't order from this company.
