BC Construction and Development Inc was the only contractor I interviewed who recommended that an engineer inspect the foundation as part of the evaluation process and ensured he got our entire wishlist checked off. The team worked fast and including repainting my guest bedroom including trim, wall replacement with framing and drywall, quality cabinets, lighting, new appliances, custom designed brick back splash was fantastic. Shai was quick to design for what I was looking for and recommendations that fit our style.
