Candice (designer) and Nick ( project manager) have worked closely with me to formulate a plan for my remodel that has far exceeded my expectations. Being an interior designer, my standards are very high and they have continuously surpassed them. The entire team at Archway has proven to be superior in their level of skill, knowledge, attention to detail, and overall customer service to any other contractor that I’ve encountered in this process. We interviewed three companies through referrals, and we immediately knew that we wanted to work with Archway when we had our first meeting. The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because 3 meant that my experience was good overall and it was not. > > The overall process that my family and I experienced I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Our project began in March 2021 and final touches are still happening in October which had an original completion date of June. Archway is a young company and our project just happened to fall at a time where everyone wanted to build/renovate, company was trying to figure out who they are, how they wanted to be portrayed and what experience they could provide realistically.
