Building a home is very personal and can elicit HUGE emotions in people. Carmin is quite gifted at responding to and managing those emotions. When we hired Magnolia, we didn't just get a general contractor that managed our project, we got a partner in the construction and design of our home. She walked alongside us throughout the planning and design phases and helped us to stay on budget - often suggesting ways to shift money from one area of the project into another area where we would see the biggest benefit. When something unexpected arose (which it ABSOLUTELY will. every. time.), Carmin communicated with us promptly and problem-solved the issue in creative ways.
