When we had a repairman come and asses the damage, he said the pipping that was used was the incorrect size and pipe. Electrical outlets were installed without grounding wire, a huge hazard! two of our electrical outlets blew up one of which started a small fire, had no one been in the bedroom this happened in our house would have been burnt down.
