I am sharing my terrible experience with Crystal Creek Homes to worn people before they plan buying a house. The quality of the houses they are building is very poor. They don’t honour the warranties and promises to fix any kind of problems before selling and handing it over to customer. They will find all kind of excuses rather than addressing the real concerns. Their service team is very unprofessional, unhelpful and trained for just to argue with the customers (rather than addressing the customer concerns). Their warranties guys rude, unprofessional and will only argue with you rather than addressing the issues. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this builder’s repute and was trapped. We found numerous problems in our recent purchase after moving in, and nothing is being resolved.
